The Software Services team develops customised software solutions for UQ. Their primary role includes software analysis, development, implementation and product management for software development and projects within the University.

Areas of speciality include:

• Database design and database programming skills
• Service management tools, Including  self-service, incident management , automated provisioning  and knowledge management applications
• Standard data interfaces to Academic Services Sub Systems including Si-net
• Familiarity with UQ environment and existing software applications

Services are offered on a fee for service basis to the UQ community. Preliminary discussions, investigations and advice are usually conducted free of charge.
