SPUSC007 - South Pacific User Services Conference

The University of Queensland is hosting the South Pacific User Services Conference 2007 (SPUSC007) from the 26th-30th November 2007 at the Crowne Plaza Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast.
SPUSC007 draws upon the expertise of university staff and industry leaders across the South-Pacific region, for the benefit of delegates, to gain insight into skills, knowledge, technology and initiatives to address the ever-present challenge of striving for service excellence.
The conference is aimed at IT service providers from universities throughout Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. Typically, delegates will work on the Help Desk, Desktop Support, Client Service or in any role where staff provide end user services. More...
