Lectopia has been validated against the following web browsers for both Windows and Macintosh computers. Other web browsers and platforms have not necessarily been tested.

Media Player

Lectopia requires that a media player be installed on your computer. A few different media players are available for download. The actual media player software that you require will depend on the Lectopia formats that are available.

• Check your media player configuration now
• QuickTime v6 or higher is the recommended media player - check your QuickTime version

Media players can be downloaded free of charge from the web sites - click on the corresponding icon.

Other Software

• Adobe Acrobat Reader is required for accessing PowerPoint PDF files - download the latest version from the Adobe website.
• Apple iTunes is one of the recommended podcasting software applications that are freely available.
