Recordings can only be made in theatres which are equipped with the Lectopia equipment. Academic Facilities staff will contact course co-ordinators at the start of each semester to ask if they wish their subjects to be recorded. Course co-ordinators will need to provide simple information on course codes and Lecturers so that the booking can be made in the Lectopia server.

If you currently lecture in one of the recording-enabled theatres, and have not received a booking form, please contact academic facilities on (07) 336 52266. All other Lecture Theatre Recording queries should be directed to the ITS Helpdesk (07 336 56000)
