The Project Management Office facilitates achievement of the University and ITS objectives through the use of project management techniques.

The responsibilities of the Project Office include:

Provision of centralised support for ITS project governance.
Design, implementation and promotion of current project management methodology.
Administration and maintenance of the ITS project portfolio.
Reporting to senior management on the project portfolio status and alignment with ITS Strategic Plan.
Provision and co-ordination of training and mentoring to ITS staff.
Additionally the PMO is involved in the management of some cross-team projects.
