If you are planning a lecture, meeting or conference, on or off campus, ITS can help with your audio-visual equipment needs.

We provide advice and recommendations on the most appropriate technology for your event. ITS delivers and sets up equipment to your specifications, and can even provide full time on-site technical support during your event. Prompt telephone service is also offered on all hired equipment.

Bookings can be made from 8 am to 4 pm. To satisfy your requirements, we ask that you give us 24 hours' notice.
