- How much mail storage do I have?

All staff and hosted server accounts have 2048MB (2GB) of mail storage
- How can I check my mail quota and usage

You are able to check your email quota and your usage via my.UQ. The quota information is on the left hand side of the screen, under the 'myMail Summary' heading.
Alternatively, if you are using Outlook 2010 you can find out how much quota you are using by going to the File menu. The quota used is listed under the heading Mail Cleanup.

- What's the largest size email I can send?

The largest email you can send is 20MB, which translates to 17MB file size. Attachments are converted for email which adds approximately 10% to the original attachment size thus making email an inefficient method of sending and storing files.
- My name or phone number is incorrect in the Global Address Book (GAL) how to I correct this?

For staff accounts - To change your name please contact your local Human Resouce Officer as this will need to be done in Aurion
For non-staff accounts - To change the name contact UQconnect Accounts section during business hours
