 ITS Compliments and Complaints Register

ITS Values client feedback. Any ITS client can ask to have their feedback registered through one of the following means:
  • Contact the ITS Help Desk by phoning 56000
  • Email ITS
  • Contact any ITS staff member directly

All feedback - both positive and negative - provides valuable input to our process of continuous improvement and ITS encourages clients to participate. All feedback is registered, assigned a number, and tracked. All new and outstanding feedback is reviewed by the Senior Management Group (SMG) which includes the Director of ITS. Serious matters are brought to an Associate Director’s immediate attention. Managers and the SMG also look for trends in the register, and ITS staff are required to respond to registered feedback within 24 hours.
