UQtrainIT conducts short courses in selected aspects of Information Technology. Some of these courses are run by our own qualified staff while others are delivered by qualified and experienced instructors from the private sector training industry.

ITIL Foundation 3 Course - UQtrainIT is facilitating on site (UQ St Lucia Campus) ProActive ITIL Foundation version 3 courses.

• Cost:
  • Fully Catered 3 day course: $870 including GST
  • Optional OGC ITIL Text Book: $75 including GST
  • EXIN online exam delivered on site at the end of the course: $254 including GST
    Note a paper based exam is available on request for $275 including GST. Candidates contacted have requested the online exam as a preference.

• Note: The online enrolment system will generate an invoice for you and allow you to pay immediately with UQPay (credit card) or BPay. Online payment is optional and you can pay later but remember when you enrol online to keep a copy of your Invoice/CRN number for later payment.
  
   
• For payment after enrolment, there are 4 choices:
  • Online Payments - You can repeat your enrolment process and then once you get to create another invoice you can access the online payment options of ‘UQPay internet payment’ which is Credit Card or BPay. If you use this method, you would disregard the initial invoice. 
  • Phone Payments - If you already have an invoice, you can phone the ITS Customer Service Centre (Ph 33656000 option 3) and quoting your invoice number, you can pay by credit card over the phone.
  • In person payments - You can visit the ITS Customer Service Centre (UQConnect Sign) in the Student Union Complex. There you can pay by Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS or Credit Card. Again you will need to quote the invoice number from the online enrolment system.
  • If none of the above options are suitable, payments between UQ departments can be made using Internal Service Charge Process
